Elaborate is the first thought that crossed the mind as the large double doors were opened by the administrative representative. The layout of the large meeting room consisted of one massive rug which had a deep royal blue colour with a uniform golden pattern. Which covered the center of the polished white marble floor, which was smooth enough to cause a mirrored view of the ceiling. The walls were based as stone, while having darkened oak wood overlay which consisted of a diamond design with inner circle work, and elegant pattern work carved into its surface. A polished darkened oak oval table sat atop the rug, with several swivel meeting chairs pulled up to rest underneath. All of which faced a single chair at the front of the room, that had an ornate two way mirror behind it. The lighting was meant to draw all attention to the speaker's seat. This was but one of the meeting rooms of the specialty squads.

Stepping to the side the female representative allowed all those behind her into the room, and gently closed the double doors so that they were enclosed by the silence of the chamber. "Please be seated." She said as she began towards the speaker's seat only to stand behind it. The woman took at stance. Feet shoulder width apart, and hands positioned at the small of her back. Her posture was impeccable. The representative waited for them all to take a seat before speaking."Hello to you all. Today the twenty third of February, two thousand fifteen it pays me great honor to welcome all of you into our special task force. Some of you have transferred to this division from other branches, or other squads. While others have decided to fall under new command. We greatly respect your decision, and wish to show our gratitude. Thank you earnestly from the deepest reaches of our very souls as without the work you will be performing we would be at a great lose against our every changing enemies." Her attention ever forward, and pausing only to take a short breath.

Please, make yourselves comfortable as you wait to meet your new commander. We wish you a long term of service, and many successful missions in the future." With that the woman came to a stance of attention, and saluted those at the table, before heading to the door in a well trained manner, and leaving out of the double doors before closing them quietly. Leaving those in the room to themselves. Those in the room were left in the overwhelming silence the fact there were others viewing them was obvious.

"As you can see this is your new team commander." Said a tall man in glasses, and a doctor's coat. He was standing to the right of a bandaged Azure. Who had several files in front of him. While dressed as he would normally be, Azure had medical wrappings around his head, and his left arm in a sling as he flipped through the files, and reviewed the members that were to form his new squad. "What of Sub Commander Senith, Nathanal, and Megan?" "Ah, your old team. Well.." The man paused, and ran a hand through his own short dark hair. Megan, and Nathanal both sadly may never walk again. Their injuries were dire, but I believe they are currently stable. While Sub Commander Senith is currently still being treated. Head injuries as his are hard to recover from." Azure gave a deep sigh, and slowly looked through the class at those sitting around the table. "You should be happy you know. I heard they are giving you espers this time."

Happy. Azure wondered if the man truly knew what he had just said. Sure members of his team still yet lived, but he could not help but feel he could have done more. Had better placement. His injuries would heal quickly, but they were just humans. Fragile, and easily killed. He hung his head, as his loose hair fell forward. "Isn't this a little sudden doctor?" There was regret in his words as the werewolf pulled himself to a standing position with a deal of effort. "Administration took your healing into account, and plan to have you back in the field as early as tomorrow. You should go greet them. As it appears they are getting restless."

Again Azure wondered if the man confused one word for another. The dead are not even cold yet, and those there are in beds because of me. He would return his gaze to the room beyond the glass after a few more seconds. This had become common place it seemed. "Maybe one day you will consider only running with your own. Yeah?" The doctor said as he began walking away, a light hearted chuckle coming from his detestable gullet. Azure said nothing, but kept his gaze forward. Burning each face into his memory. The suggestion from the other man was not one to take, as more often than not others of his kind fell in love with the beast within, not dreading it, and wishing it gone.

Now alone his thoughts wandered. Mostly to this last mission. Originally they his team was meant to deal with a family of cave troll which had been spotted close to a small town in Norway. As trolls are never easily dealt with, Azure had requisitioned for heavy armaments. Mostly consisting of firebombs, and explosives. His plan had been to find their home, and attack early in the morning before the sun had risen. At which point the team could lead the family outside to be killed off by the sun light, by using the resulting smoke from such weapons as cover upon leaving the mouth of the cave. It should have been an easy task, but again dealing with trolls is never easy, and he knew that.

As the team arrived at their location, and began their descent it was clear that the explosives were not going to be a viable option as the cave opened into a long abandoned mining shaft, of more than questionable stability. Choosing to press on, it also became apparent that leading the family of Mountain Kings would be near impossible. So the plan changed. To getting close enough to the den, and scouting so that they could return as soon as they were able. Hours into the descent they had the day on their side, as most trolls would sleep during the day. So as long as they were quite the scouting mission would be simple.

Upon arriving at the den, the team was met with a worrisome sight of not one, but possibly upwards of a dozen families living together. The reason for this was a huldra who could been seen walking the families. Huldra were female trolls whom walked a line close to that of a human, and shared the enchanting song of a siren, while keeping the frightening strength of their blood line. The most frightening part was that they would often enchant guardians, which would end up leading others to them to also become protectors. This only caused the job to become that much harder, as her intelligence was higher than that of those around her as well. While there were multiple entrances, and exits to the chamber, even with the use of explosives it was not guaranteed they could deal with the whole group in one go. Retreat was the preferred option.

An option they were going to take until they heard movement behind them. As the huldra had the ability of complex thought, it had seemed she had also established a patrol unit. A unit that was now at the end of the tunnel behind them. While not being great in terms of sight trolls were vastly keen in smell. More so than a vampire, or werewolf in those regards, and while they did have their scents masked by urine it would not help if the mountain kings saw them directly. Azure's team of seven including himself, did not have the fighting power for what was to come. The noise from a fight would have the whole den on them in a matter of moments, so he did the only thing he could. He ordered the placement of a few explosives set in the mouth of the entrance they had come from, and he prepared a shot meant for the huldra. There were few objections. They would use the firebombs to secure their retreat as best they could, and hope it would cause in fighting.

Again being the least ideal plan they had to find an exit while on the run as when Azure fired upon the huldra they had to move quickly as the den awoke. Hurried preparation of fuzes for the bombs meant they didn't go off as planned, and there would be no cave in to deal with a portion of numbers. in short due to lack of knowledge, and lack of resources the mission was a failure in more way than one. Two of his own were slain, while the remainder were all critically injured. They had been found due to a request for aid if they had not responded within a set amount of time. However one had died to her own injuries before help ever arrived. Azure himself, had taken a sound beating, and had suffered from a crushed left arm, shattered hip, a few crushed organs, and a head injury. All of this having taken place only a few weeks ago.

Normally there would have been a break in missions until his team was able to recover. Off time as you would. That must not be the case due to his own healing, and the group sitting before him. With a heartfelt sigh, and a slight limp with each step of the right leg Azure took the files he had been given, and prepared his way towards the meeting hall. He would take his time as to give them the pleasure of meeting with one another first, before the missions started, and before he had to bury any of them.

Sitting up straight in her seat with a proper stance, showing the young lady her complete attention as she sits with her hands folded neatly on the table and hazel eyes trained on the lady as she speaks. Wearing casual clothing, such as dark blue jeans, light blue Nikes and a black t-shirt with a darken blue American flag design on its front, and her bleach blonde hair cut to jaw length. Though her expression serious and filled with concentration, she was truly excited. She always craved adventure and wanting to be part of something good. Never wanting to contribute to little, when she first heard of the specialty operative's and there rumors. She almost instantly jump in to sign up. Of course she knew of the dangers, even there nick name "suicide squad". But that didn't stop her. She wanted to help to the best of her ability, just like in the FBI. She only hoped she wasn't jumping the gun to far.

Once the lady left the room she let out a small sigh of relief, though still tense from the feeling of being watched or monitored. she could tell from the one way glass clearly in front of her that she has seen to many times as an FBI agent. she wondered who could be watching or staring back at her, or was it another test? She simply gave a faint smile and looked around at the unfamiliar faces that are now her team mates. "I don't know what's felt better, graduating training in the FBI, or graduating training here?" she pretty much answered her own question. Though training in the FBI was hard, ESNA training for the specialty squad was barbaric. The official's here didn't want her to go through that training though, said it was because she was an Esper. She didn't care, she didn't want special treatment, and she makes sure to tell anyone that that try's to make her some princess or prized passion. though she could see into the future. she would rather use it to save a life rather then win something like the lottery. Its why she joined the FBI in the first place. Plus once the ESNA training was done, she felt very great about how in shape she was. Did navy seals go threw this shit to? she thought in training. No, seals don't fight vampires or Imps...do they?

I wonder if this is just for show? It looks so forced. Athan had taken a seat near the rear of the table. Only two others were lead into the room with him. A woman, young, and seemingly out of place. Her excitement was clear despite how professional she attempted to present herself as. The other was a midaged man. Who looked as if he had just stepped off the wounded veteran bus from a warzone. Though he kept his limbs, one could not say the same when looking at his face. One large depression on the left side of his face branched out almost as if it had been struck by lightning. This one massive scar had claimed his eye, ear, and most of his cheek. There was little more than a thin layer of skin between a person's eyes, and being able to see the bleach white bone underneath.

Athan watched the both of them out of the corner of his eye. New team huh? He could do little to hide his own enthusiasm, as the grueling training he has managed to clear had landed him in his current seat. All be it that his marks were not the best, he still made it. Eight full months of little to no sleep, continuous fire arm training, the good awful swimming and fitness, and that full month of having to survive in the wilderness with only himself to rely on. All of that meant something to him. It sure as hell beat looking into cases before, and from what he had heard this special task teams did all kinds of crazy missions.

Letting himself day dream a little, Athan entertained the idea of single-handedly stopping a dragon. Having crushed his enemy with everything he had in him. Having delieved that final blow. So what if it had attacked a city, and others had seen him. Athan would be the name they chanted, and published in the papers. He would be a damned hero to them, and ESNA alike. They would have to make a statue of him. I hope they get my good side. He thought, before realizing the woman at the front of the room had finished speaking. He had missed everything she had said, and watched as she left the room in an orderly fashion.

Had she said anything important? Were they supposed to do anything? Hiding his panic, he quickly glanced to the older man. Who simply gazed ever forword, looking more like a salt, and pepper haired statue. Athan was almost driven to do the same until he saw the man turn his head towards the young woman at the table as she spoke. "I don't know what's felt better, graduating training in the FBI, or graduating training here?" So she was in the FBI? He couldn't help but to look at her a little dumbfounded. If she was comparing the two how hard could the FBI have been?

"Don't make light of what it took to get here." The older man let out a voice as harsh as his face. Seems a bit strange to be working with others. The names Will Harres. Rank 6." Will say back with a bit of a grunt. Waiting for the other two. It was hard to tell if he was scolding, or attempting to be friendly. "Oh,
uhhh... Athan Romeo Lombrok. Rank 2? I guess?"
Athan felt small compared to Will. Clearly he shouldn't be here if everyone was a higher rank than him. Even if they didn't say that rank 2s couldn't join these squads. "What about you? FBI chicka." Turning his attention to Ashley, he tried to give an enticing half smile.

She looks up at the other two and gives a confident but friendly smile, taking a sip of the coffee she had on the table. Ashly Queens, rank 1, nice to meet you two. She says in a nice way, not caring about her rank. Though she always respected rank, she's always believed that actions and experience outrank everything. she looks around at the two men who outranked her. Gees only female? guess its nothing new. She wondered if any of them might have special powers like herself, since she's a Esper. before she can think more on the subject she turns to Will, giving a concern look, seeing his injuries. Say um.. don't mean to be a bother, but are you sure your ok for the field right now? she says in a concern voice, hoping to not be offensive towards him. The man seemed much older then her, though no matter how old he was, his injury's were clear as day. Back on the SWAT team, they would keep you out even if you had a broken finger. Even then, Ashly has always been caring for others, especially for close friends and team mates. In her line of duty on the SWAT, she would make daring moves to insure the safety of others. Sometimes even not including herself, all depends of what she sees in the future. Her powers helped a lot, kept her alive even. Hopefully she can use it to keep these two alive as well, and many others.

"It's healed ain't it!" Said Will turning to face Ashley, staring directly into her eyes with his remaining one. The dark brown iris of his eye flared, as his pupil narrowed at the girl. "The two of you are here for different reasons." Quickly throwing the same look towards Athan, he returned to staring Ashley down, while baring a more solem expression. "Don't be trying to get all buddy buddy with me." Will barked to Ashley before leaning back is his chair once more staring straight into the mirror at the end of the room. "Just as good as the resta you lot." He said under his breathe while Athan looked to Ashley with a twinge of consern on his face. "Hey man, we get it. I'm sure she didn't mean to upset you." Said the young boy. As he leaned in closer towards the others, while placing his elbow on the table to rest his chin ageinst his hand.

'What is his deal? Touchy much?'
Thought Athan while staring into the old man's eye. He did not wish to cause an arguement, however if he wasn't just going to let the man's affectibility run the moment. Athan glanced towards Ashley once more through his unkempt brown dark that currently resided towards the front of his face. Will having stayed quiet gave a opertune moment to try, and change the topic. "Kind of thought there would be more of us here." He completely turned towards the woman, as Will sat quietly in a piqued manner. He gave her a welcoming smile, and tilted his head a little. This was to show more of his face, and revealed his clean cut angular features. The whole time he was sure to retain eye contact. As if to say 'Just let him keep to himself then'
